Well the pain killers I took have just about kicked in (took them 2-1/2 hours ago). Took one 500 mg Panadol and five 200mg Ibuprofen.
So I thought I would do a rant then try and sleep;
In the SCA people are awarded Awards of Arms (AoA), but not me I get given mine. No pomp, no court, no friends to watch me get it. I know it is a small thing, but it is the small things that start the larger one off. From that small little thing I have totally lost faith in the SCA. I have gone back to just sitting on the wall and watching instead of helping out. Another thing is that I really would like to reauthorize my marshal ticket, but no one has answered my e-mails.
So to wrap up ..... given AoA, not awarded (doesn't even have a damn seal either). Feeling let down be the SCA.

Thinking About You
Hi Andrew,Sorry to hear you are feeling let down by the SCA.
How and when were you given your AOA?
Does anyone have a reason why there is no seal on it?

Don't worry about that, it has been slowly happening since we turned into a Barony.Mayish 1997,
I looked into it after I first got it and they said they would get one for me, but after the tenth time asking I just gave up.
